OUR SYSTEM

 

We use a state of the art NORDSON downdraft automatic powder coating application system on an 888 ft conveyer line, complete with a 5 stage washer, dry off oven, and cure oven. Our powder coating takes place in a controlled application room with filtered, dry air by SULLAIR.

We have one of the largest curing ovens in the Midwest for powder coat curing with a part size capacity of 24" W x 48" H x 96" L.
